I'm an award-winning author living on Vancouver Island on the West Coast of Canada. Follow me as I create stories inspired by the people and world around me. Elemental Book 2 - Down Comes the Dark

I am working on a new amateur sleuth mystery, Pioneering Secrets. This will be the first book in a series set in the fictional town of Rolling Brook Falls.

I am also working on the third book in the Elemental series. This will be the continuing story of Raya, an Elemental from another world in a distant galaxy.

Meet my tiny writing partner, Hanna. This mini Yorkie is even more adorable in person! When I write, this little girl sits on my lap, keeping me calm and allowing me to concentrate.

When she's not bringing me peace, she can be found playing with my kids, begging for treats, or sleeping in one of her 3 beds. I know - she's a little spoiled. But honestly, just look at this face. Who could resist her? She brings the cuteness whereever she goes!
